At StyleHaven™, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as clear and fair as possible while also complying with UK consumer law.
Yes — if you bought online, UK law gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility.
We offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing — no problem! Just make sure:

We get it sometimes it just isn’t quite right. While we’re not legally required to offer refunds beyond the 14-day window, we may offer:

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, let us know within 14 days with a photo and description. We’ll either refund you or send a replacement at no cost.
If it’s been more than 30 days and you haven’t received your order, please contact us. We’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement as needed.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You’re always protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
